    The IMF's Fiscal Affairs Department (FAD) publishes the quarterly Fiscal Monitor report. The latest edition was released on April 17. In this seminar, Li Liu, a Senior Economist from the FAD's Tax Policy 2 Division and editor of the April edition, will present an empirical analysis of how fiscal policies impact innovation and technology diffusion in various countries.
